Richard G. Silton has spent 25 years in CEO and COO roles at companies at various stages in their lifecycle, from startups to mature companies. He brings a breadth of experience from executive operations, finance, technology, marketing, to human resources. In every case, Rich has increased revenues and improved operating performance, resulting in significant value creation. 

Most recently, Rich served as president and COO at Access TCA, Inc., a Massachusetts-based company engaged primarily in the design, fabrication, and management of trade show exhibits, events and related services. During his four years at Access, Rich implemented best practice management in all areas, ultimately increasing company value by 300%.

Rich’s past positions include partner at Sierra Vista Group, COO of CCR LLP, a leading regional accounting firm, president and CEO of Kaon Interactive Inc., a venture-capital-backed 3-D software company, president of First Notice Systems (a subsidiary of Concentra Managed Care, Inc.), a workers’ compensation claims management company, and CEO of Champagne/Lafayette Communications, an integrated marketing communications firm.

Rich earned his BA at Middlebury College and his MBA at Harvard Business School.
